Put together:
①If you put something together, you join its different parts to each other so that it can be used. 装配
例:He took it apart brick by brick, and put it back together again.

②If you put together a group of people or things, you form them into a team or collection.组建
例:It will be able to put together a governing coalition.

Put out:
①If you put out an announcement or story, you make it known to a lot of people.发布

Put down:

Credible & credulous& creditable
Credible :
①that can be believed or trusted 可信的;可靠的
例:A credible explanation/witness

②that can be accepted, because it seems possible that it could be successful (因看似可能成功而)可接受的

creditable

例:There was nothing very creditable in what he did.
