今年的申请季马上就要开始了，很多同学经过暑期的学习，也终于要走进GRE考场。这个月的三场考试都集中在了下半月。这段考前最后准备的时间里，同学们还需要做什么，注意什么，在这里给大家作一些规划和建议。
阅 读
在最后的几天紧张准备时间里，首先就不建议再去刷新题了。
重点应该放在复习以往讲过的阅读文章方法，以及如何梳理文章结构上：考场上除了基本的句义大致需要读懂之外，还需要对句间，句内的逻辑关系的判断（比如什么时候句间在提示转折，什么时候是递进顺承，再比如在提示是句子内部转折等等）需要同学们好好把握住。所以这段时间里同学们可以找出课堂上讲过的文章，来复习一遍文章结构，作者观点判断等。
其次，如果长难句读不准读不快，可以在这几天再刷一些长难句，保证读长难句的分析逻辑和效率。
填 空
单词：填空部分词汇绝对是一个重点，经过一段时间的努力学习，大家应该具备了不错的词汇基础。这几天内，也不要放松，继续坚持单词的背诵。
词组：重点强调一下词组部分。在佛脚词汇的最后几十页，已经给大家整理好了题目中常见的词组，大家务必把这些词组里不认识的挑出来，在这几天里面抽空看掉，不要有遗漏。
六选二的部分的同近义词大家可以借着佛脚词汇里面总结的的常见同近义词梳理一遍或者复习一下自己之前做题总结的同近义词，务必保证比较生僻的同近义词如果见过能认出来，比如capricious和impulsive。这种类型题是填空部分的得分重点。
题目部分：在最后的几天里，就不建议同学们去做新题了。强烈建议同学们把以往的错题拿出来，再回顾下自己容易犯错的地方，避开逻辑容易犯错的地方：比如on the contrary这个短语是否是取反，在何种情况下取反等等。
数 学
基础知识：数学部分，尤其是对于申请理工类专业的同学千万不要掉以轻心。建议同学们在仅剩的几天里把数学知识点和数学词汇再过一遍，不要发生考场上有数学名词不认识的情况发生，也不要发生知道考什么不知道如何下手的情况发生：比如正态分布图的方差，标准差，常用的三个置信区间数值。
练习：如果时间允许，可以每天做两个section的练习题。倘若同学们手头边的数学题都做完了，可以回顾之前做过的题目；练习题反复做是没问题的。以往的很多同学也反馈考试前多巩固几遍做过的题是很有用的做法。
写 作
题目：这里给大家的建议是希望大家能够利用最后的这几天把作文题库全部浏览一遍，至少要保证题干当中生词务必弄懂，读懂每道题目的内容，保证不要把题干的意思理解错（有的题目主题内容是一致的，但是细节有不同，注意仔细读题，不要误把题目当成是之前写过或者看过的另一道题），比如ARGUMENT题库当中的NO.3和NO.166，都是写“禁止skateboarding，预计未来商业收益会好转”，但是文章细节，作者论证思路很多处都是不同的，不能完全等同来看待。
3. The following appeared as a letter to the editor from a Central Plaza store owner.
"Over the past two years, the number of shoppers in Central Plaza has been steadily decreasing while the popularity of skateboarding has increased dramatically. Many Central Plaza store owners believe that the decrease in their business is due to the number of skateboard users in the plaza. There has also been a dramatic increase in the amount of litter and vandalism throughout the plaza. Thus, we recommend that the city prohibit skateboarding in Central Plaza. If skateboarding is prohibited here, we predict that business in Central Plaza will return to its previously high levels."
Write a response in which you discuss what questions would need to be answered in order to decide whether the recommendation is likely to have the predicted result. Be sure to explain how the answers to these questions would help to evaluate the recommendation.
166. The following appeared as a letter to the editor from the owner of a skate shop in Central Plaza.
"Two years ago the city council voted to prohibit skateboarding in Central Plaza. They claimed that skateboard users were responsible for litter and vandalism that were keeping other visitors from coming to the plaza. In the past two years, however, there has been only a small increase in the number of visitors to Central Plaza, and litter and vandalism are still problematic. Skateboarding is permitted in Monroe Park, however, and there is no problem with litter or vandalism there. In order to restore Central Plaza to its former glory, then, we recommend that the city lift its prohibition on skateboarding in the plaza."
Write a response in which you discuss what questions would need to be answered in order to decide whether the recommendation and the argument on which it is based are reasonable. Be sure to explain how the answers to these questions would help to evaluate the recommendation.
练习：最后，如果有多余空余的时间，可以试着写2-3篇来保持手感和思路。
