　　外国人入境政策有调整

　　China will allow the entry of foreign nationals holding three categories of valid Chinese residence permits starting on Monday, according to an announcement jointly made by the Foreign Ministry and the National Immigration Administration.

　　根据外交部、国家移民管理局联合发布的公告，自9月28日起，我国将允许持三类有效居留许可的外国人入境。

　　The new rule allows foreign nationals holding valid Chinese residence permits for work, personal matters or reunions to enter China without applying for new visas, said the announcement.

　　新规允许持有效中国工作类、私人事务类和团聚类居留许可的外国人入境，相关人员无需重新申办签证。

　　It also said that if the three categories of residence permits held by foreign nationals expired after midnight on March 28, the holders may re-apply by presenting the expired residence permits and relevant materials to the Chinese embassy or consulate on the condition that the purpose of their visit to China remains unchanged.

　　如外国人持有的上述三类居留许可于2020年3月28日零时后过期，持有人在来华事由不变的情况下，可凭过期居留许可和有关材料向中国驻外使领馆申办相应签证入境。

　　While ensuring effective epidemic control, the Chinese government will continue resuming people-to-people exchanges in an orderly manner.

　　中方将在确保防疫安全前提下，逐步有序恢复中外人员往来。
