试题分析：
2019年连续两次出现应用文，这可能让长期将备考重点放在议论文上的同学茫然无措。所以备考时应全面掌握各种文体的写法。
此次作文考题与2014年6月类似，要求考生向外国朋友推荐一处学习英语的大学。全文可按如下思路完成。第一段：对于外国朋友的想法表示赞同，并标明写信目的。第二段：写出推荐大学，一定写一个自己熟悉的大学并知道校名如何书写如北外，北大，清华等，并简单说明理由，理由要具体，清晰。第三段：表示希望对方采纳意见，并祝愿。
另外要注意书信格式。

With great delight I learn that you are so interested in Chinese. In fact, the development of economic globalization and international communication has made Chinese one of the most popular languages.
