　　茶叶

　　茶，为山茶科木本植物茶的芽叶。又称苦荼、茗、荼、腊茶、茶芽、芽茶、细茶。我国长江流域及以南各地均有栽培。春、夏和秋季采收初发的嫩叶，以清明前后采收者为好。茶叶除可鲜用外，一般是经过加工精制备用。

　　Tea, as the shoot of the Theaceae ligneous plant, is also known as bitter tea, young leaves of tea, Tu, wax tea, tea shoot, bud tea and fine tea. It is grown in the Yangtze River Basin and the southern areas. The products are mainly the delicate leaves harvested in spring, summer and autumn (the ideal products are harvested around the Qingming Festival). In addition to the fresh use, the tea leaves are mainly refined for preserving.
