　　—不断有新的传染病epidemic出现，比如Ebola, SARS，and the COVID-19 sweeping across the globe right now. 病毒Highly contagious, 但人们一直没能找到疫苗vaccine，甚至无法预测什么时候病毒又开始变成pandemic。

　　分论点一：Second，global warming is something we could not handle in the foreseeable future.

　　—全球变暖是一个长期的过程，但是也是不可逆的irreversible。人类已经排放discharge了太多的greenhouse gases，现在工业生产和人类活动还在不断产生carbon dioxide等，会不断accumulate在大气中，即便人们能够slow down the process of global warming，但是并不能 return to the previous climate conditions.

　　让步段(可选)：随着科技进步technological advances，很多疾病比如天花smallpox，malaria, 确实是控制住了under our control。在环境方面，很多人也不断意识到awaken to 恶化环境带来的后果 consequences brought by a worsening environment, 开始选择low-carbon lifestyle, choose green label products. 但是，即便是我们取得了很多成就，医疗和环境问题还是daunting tasks，人们可能需要一直fight against medical and environmental problems.

　　本题赞同也可以，可以说教育（advanced technology, better policy），就业（better policy, a more educated public），粮食问题（modern agriculture）这些都可以解决掉，具体阐述原因就可以了。
