复制受版权法保护的作品是违法的。
销售明知是假冒注册商标的商品可构成犯罪。
法院应原告申请签发禁令，制止被告侵犯版权。
未经版权所有人的许可复制受版权法律保护的资料是违法的。
禁止出售盗版光碟。
要获得专利，发明具备新颖性、实用性和非显易见性。
“实用新型”是指对产品的形状、结构或组合所提出的具有实用性的新技术方案。
未经授权使用他人注册商标是违法的。
