　　In view of the widespread feminism in manycountries, the proposal for women going back to home and doing domestic chorescertainly goes against the grain because it treats females as intellectuallyinferior to males. However, it should be realized that although in general menare physically stronger than women, their mental capacity is by no meansgreater than that of females, which is a fact supported by a growing number ofwomen either holding public offices in government or taking executive positionsin large corporations. By assigning women to their ancient role of taking careof the family, the opportunity to develop their potential abilities and realizetheir social values is largely denied to them. 　　In summary, the suggestion that womenshould give up their jobs to fulfill their domestic duties and reduce worldunemployment is quite illogical and sexually prejudiced. On the contrary, thebest way to fight unemployment is to encourage females to pursue any careerthey are interested in.
