　　Admittedly,it is true that there are many problems in big cities, such as trafficcongestion, air pollution and population explosion.

　　Whenconfronting these problems, what we should do is fighting against them, but notescaping.

　　Atfirst, we need to make clear the causes, then we can figure out the correctways to solve them. Relocating people to regional towns can be a way to solvethese problems, but if the government just moves them from cities passively andstops the development of mankind, it is totally wrong.

　　Sothe point here is the attitude.
