　　Developments of technology are causing environmental problems. Some people think the solution is that everyone accepts a simpler life, while others believe that technology can solve these problems. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

However, in my opinion, this policy would be very unpopular with some people, especially those living in the suburb, who do need to travel on roads.

For example, the technology today is available to produce electric cars that would be both quieter and cleaner to use（这就是我们常用的定语从句，其实大家可以简单的认为定语其实就是一个形容词，用于修饰限定你想表达的东西，只不过比较长，成了一个句子）. Persuading manufacturers and tourists to adopt this new technology would be a more effective strategy for improving air quality fundamentally.

　　From my own perspective, in order to resolve the environmental issues caused by the technology, we should definitely integrate individual effort and environmental-friendly technologies, which may strengthen our surrounding to large extent. Apart from the above, it is essential to introduce related laws and regulations, including the strict fine and community service for the polluting behaviors. After doing so, the public and firms would realize the relevant responsibility and strictly follow the regulations.
