　　1.Do people nowadays like to leave their hometown to work in other cities? Why?

　　For the young Chinese generation, yes. Most of the excellent job opportunities are concentrated in the big cities. More opportunities have opened up for the young generation to explore. In the starting phase of their life, they have the time to take chances and they don't have the responsibilities that their parents have. Once they have a family of their own, it won't be easy to leave their hometown. So most of the people moving to the cities are young. It's great, because their presence in the cities signifies prosperity.

　　2.What factors should people take into consideration when choosing jobs?

　　Pay always comes first. Ideal pay can not only cover your daily expenses but also leave some extra as savings. Secondly, benefits. This is as important as your pay, especially if you have a family. Then, the distance you have to commute every day. Most job seekers won't choose a job that takes an hour or more to drive to daily. And last but not least, you should have passion for the job. Making a lot of money is one thing, but after a while, if you're in a job you have no passion for, it will definitely impede you in your career.

　　3.Which do you prefer, physical work or mental work?

　　I prefer mental work. Physical work is, in my opinion, so repetitive and tiring that there will come a day when you will be fed up with your work and probably quit. I respect people who are doing physical work, but my body can only support me until at most the age of 50. On the other hand, people can do mental work forever, because it's proven that some people in their 80s are as mentally sharp as young adults in their 20s. The brain is the perfect tool that works forever without getting tired and without complaining.

　　4.What kind of job does young people prefer?

　　The most popular jobs among young people are also the hardest to get, such as teachers and civil servants. These jobs usually feature light workloads and jobs security. They're ideal enough for the high schoolers, but for those who haven't found their direction, I mean those starry-eyed teens, they maybe want to work in either glamorous or high-paying occupations and shun those they probably see as less prestigious. However, we have to face the reality, as it turns out that the most of us end up working as administrative assistants and civil servants rather than doctors and actors.
