  1. How often do you do physical exercise?

It's not a certain thing though. When there's no test or homework I'd have to worry about, I could go to the sports center near my home a lot, probably once a day, to do some physical exercises there such as playing badminton or running. But sometimes when I get too busy with, say, preparing for a test, I could only stay at home studying, for most of the time in a week.

  2. What kind of physical exercise do you think is the best for people's health?

I'm not really sure but I guess it depends on each and every person's actual physical conditions. For example, young people can do activities that raise their heart rates sharply, say running, hiking or something. For the old, I don't think doing severe exercise is a good idea though, swimming or walking might be more suitable for them. Anyway, I believe that, no matter what kind of sports we choose to do, we should do that on a regular basis, since only in this way, can we actually get our body exercised.

  3. Are there any disadvantages of doing physical exercise?

In my opinion, although there are many advantages of doing exercise, it could be harmful if we overindulge in it. For instance, if we spend too much time doing severe exercise, we'd feel extremely exhausted, and our muscles might easily get hurt. Meanwhile, working out in a wrong time may also cause some problems. As is known to all, running right after dinner may cause indigestion. In a word, a moderate amount of exercise is vital in keeping us away from hurt when doing exercise.
